93 Etappe | Nelson --> Punakaiki 311km

Heute war endlich das Zertifikat bei der Post und wir konnten die Stadt hinter uns lassen | ein festes Ziel hatten wir zu Beginn nicht | wir schafften es dann aber bis Punaiki, an der Westküste | unterwegs nahmen wir noch eine Anhalterin (aus Hawaii) ein Stück mit | der Parkplatz war o.k. aber ohne Toilette | in der nähe war noch die Attraktion "Pancake rocks", welche wir uns noch ansahen | riesige Gesteinsformationen, die wir aufeinander gestapelte Pfannkuchen aussahen | den Abend verbrachten wir dann im Bus, weil man draußen stark von Sandfliegen attackiert wurde | am nächsten Tag war super Wetter, so machten wir noch einen Wanderrundweg | dieser startete von unserem Parkplatz aus wunderschön am Fluss entlang | nach der Hälfte circa durch einen tollen Wald aber mit ganz schön steilen Anstiegen 

Today the self-certificate arrived finally at the post office, so we could leave the city behind us | we didn't have a fixed destination | we drove to Punaiki, at the westcoast | on the way we pick up a hitch-hiker (from Hawaii) | the parking place was o.k. but without toilette | in the near there was an attraction "pancake rocks", which we visited | huge rock formations, which looked like stacked pancakes | we spent the evening in the bus, because outside you were attacked by sandflies | at next day there was sunny weather, so we made a hiking track | it started from our parking place along a beautiful river | and after the half trough scenic forest but with steeply ascending
